Joyce Schult, VP of Operations

Joyce has partnered with Bill Schult in launching Believe & Succeed Inc. in 1985 and Maximum Potential Inc. in 1991. She and Bill made their home in Waverly, Iowa for 15 years before moving to Eagan, Minnesota in 1979.

As an Iowa farm girl, she attended a one room country school through the eighth grade and then High School in Fredericksburg, Iowa. Joyce attended Wartburg College in Waverly Iowa, setting a tradition for her sisters following in her footsteps.

She was active in civic organizations in college and continues her community service today, as she drives for Moving Meals, participates in Cancer, Heart, March of Dimes and ALS programs.

Joyce owned and operated the Montgomery Catalog Store in Waverly from 1972 until the move to Minnesota in 1979. She also worked with the elementary education system in Eagan MN as a volunteer instructor for the advanced studies with fourth graders.

Joyce helped launch the first in-flight telephone service, AirFone with Northwest Airlines, in particular the first Northwest Airline 757 in Mpls-St.Paul. She helped with instruction of the AirFone System and customer service on the airplane. She enjoyed parttime work with LifeStyle Art in home party sales.

When Joyce and Bill started Believe & Succeed Inc. and later Maximum Potential Inc., she became the “front desk” and operations manager for both organizations.

On a personal basis, Joyce, her children, and grandchildren along with Bill enjoy many activities, especially their cabin on Lake Vermilion in Northern MN with fishing being the #1 activity.
